1. Check Availability
Contact our team to confirm availability for your travel dates before sending any advance payment.

2. Advance Payment
To reserve your slot (Camp / Tent / Cottage / Activity Package), pay a minimum of 30% advance of the total package cost.
We accept:
- UPI (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay)
- Bank transfer
3. Booking Confirmation
Once the payment is received:
- A confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be sent
- It includes camp address, check-in and check-out details, camp manager’s contact number, and payment status
- Your booking details will also be shared with the campsite team
Your booking is considered confirmed only after the advance amount is received.
4. Balance Payment
The remaining amount must be paid at check-in.
Failure to pay the balance at check-in will be treated as a guest-side cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
Child Policy
- Children below 5 years: Free stay with parents
- Children 6 to 11 years: Charged at 50% of adult price
Children 12+ years: Counted as adults

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 10 business days, after deducting payment gateway charges (non-refundable).
Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds for:
- Natural events (rain, landslides, floods)
- Weather-related activity cancellations
- Government restrictions
- Missed activities due to late arrival
- Partial use of the package
- Personal reasons after reaching the campsite
All extra expenses caused by weather, traffic delays, medical needs, or political situations must be paid by the guest.
Important Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all camping and rafting packages.
- No Refund for Personal Choice Changes
If guests deny staying at the campsite after arrival due to personal preferences, no refund will be issued.
We always provide the camp and package details clearly on our website.
Please read all information (photos, facilities, location, inclusions) before booking.
- Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
No discounts apply for early check-in or late check-out.
- Activity Cancellation Due to Weather
If rafting or other activities are cancelled due to weather or natural reasons, no refund is applicable.
Activity timings are controlled by:
- River conditions
- Safety rules
- Government guidelines
- Changes in Group Size
The total package cost remains the same if your group size reduces after booking.
- Payment Rules
- An advance payment is required to reserve your slot
- Full balance must be paid at check-in
- Failure to pay the balance = booking cancelled by guest, no refund
- Follow Safety Rules
Guests must follow the instructions given by camp staff and adventure operators.
Violation of safety rules may lead to removal from the property without refund.
