We accept major online payment modes, including UPI, net banking, credit cards, and debit cards. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with details of your stay. Please check this confirmation carefully and report any errors immediately.
Arrival and Departure
Our standard check-in time is 11 AM – 12:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests arriving earlier or leaving later may be charged an additional fee, subject to the availability of the campsite.
Check-In Procedure
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. If you are booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to ensure that all members comply with the guidelines.

Children below 5 years of age may stay free of charge unless specified otherwise by the campsite. Children above this age may be charged an additional fee depending on the camp’s policy. Extra adults will be charged at the rate mentioned in the booking confirmation.

Cancellations and Refunds

- Cancellations made 10 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.
- Cancellations made 5-10 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. Please note that some camps may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be clearly mentioned during booking.
Conduct and Responsibilities
Guests are expected to maintain proper conduct during their stay. Please respect other campers, local customs, and the natural environment.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing loud music after 10:00 PM.
- Littering or damaging campsite property.

Any damage caused to property will be charged to the guest responsible. Campsites reserve the right to evict guests who do not follow these rules without offering a refund.
